Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.0 · Last updated 2026-05-17

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use Full Return Club's Service, including the social feed, direct messages, paper trading, Snipa Algo chat, and any community surface. It is part of our Terms of Service — breaking it can result in account suspension or termination without refund.

1. Content you may not post

  • Securities fraud and market manipulation. Pump-and-dump schemes, coordinated inauthentic behavior to move a stock, fake "tips" designed to mislead, front-running announcements, and any conduct that violates SEC, FINRA, or state securities law.
  • Guarantees of returns or "no-loss" claims. You may not claim your strategy is risk-free, guaranteed, or certain to be profitable. You may not run sales funnels that imply guaranteed outcomes.
  • Impersonation. Posing as another trader, public figure, journalist, regulator, or FRC staff. Parody accounts must be clearly labeled.
  • Harassment, doxing, threats. Targeted abuse, posting someone's private information without consent, threats of violence, or persistent unwanted contact.
  • Hate speech and discrimination. Attacks on people based on race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
  • Illegal content. Anything that violates federal, state, or local law where you live or where FRC operates.
  • Spam. Repetitive promotional posts, link shorteners pointing at low-quality destinations, affiliate scams, or any high-volume mechanical posting.
  • Malware and exploits. Links to malware, credential phishing, attempts to exploit the Service or its users.
  • Intellectual-property infringement. Reposting copyrighted content you don't own or have license for. See our DMCA Policy for the takedown process.

2. Conduct you may not engage in

  • Scraping, mirroring, or republishing FRC data, signals, or AI output
  • Running bots, automation, or rapid-fire scripts against the Service
  • Sharing your account credentials, splitting one subscription across multiple people, or selling/transferring your account
  • Attempting to access accounts you don't own, escalate privileges, or extract other users' private data
  • Reverse-engineering the Service or attempting to derive its algorithms
  • Coordinating with other accounts to artificially boost engagement or game any leaderboard, badge, or visibility system
  • Circumventing rate limits, paywalls, region restrictions, or our tier gating

3. Reporting abuse

Anyone — user or non-user — can report violating content or conduct by emailing abuse@fullreturnclub.com with:

  • The URL or screenshot of the content
  • The username of the account(s) involved
  • Which AUP section you believe was violated
  • Your contact information (optional but helpful for follow-up)

We respond to abuse reports within 72 business hours. For copyright takedowns, use the dedicated DMCA process — it has specific legal requirements the general abuse channel doesn't.

4. Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

  • Remove or hide content that violates this AUP
  • Issue a warning
  • Restrict your access to specific features
  • Suspend your account temporarily
  • Terminate your account permanently — with no refund
  • Report illegal activity to law enforcement

We do not commit to consistency across cases — context matters, repeat-offender history matters, and the specific harm caused matters. We are not a court.

5. Repeat-infringer policy

Accounts that repeatedly violate this AUP (or repeatedly receive valid DMCA takedown notices) will be terminated. "Repeatedly" is at our discretion — we are not setting a strike count because that becomes a target rather than a guideline.

6. Appeals

If you believe enforcement was applied to you in error, email appeals@fullreturnclub.com within 30 days of the action. Explain why you believe the action was wrong. We will review and respond. Appeals are not retried — we look at whether the original decision was reasonable given what was knowable at the time.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP. Material changes require re-acceptance on next login. The "Last updated" date and version above reflect the current revision.
