To be effective, your notice must include all of the following:

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email above. The counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification

Repeat-infringer policy

We will terminate accounts of users determined, in our sole discretion, to be repeat infringers.

False claims
